Voluntarily exercise is better than forced exercise.In this book the author has explained health in ones physical well being using exercise and nutrition. Author Don Roberts wrote this non-fiction book with a title Wellness Toolbox to advice and educate readers on importance of exercise and nutrition.

The book is divided into three sections. Each section has not les than six chapters. In the chapters he uses "myth and fact" method to explain his points.He talks more on myths and facts that people have thought to be but the opposite is true.He is using these facts and myths to touch in on importance of exercise,how to exercise, when to exercise and who to exercise. The author also describes how the foods we eat defines us. He also uses some of his gym membership whom he has mentored to give the improvements they have done so as to get his readers encouraged. Grab a copy of this book to learn how to live life to his fullest.

The book attracted through its structure which made me to love it the most. It had a story's structure similitude with an introduction, body and conclusion.The diction was easy and uncommon words used were being broken into understandable common language The strong citations in the book has confirmed it was strongly researched.

The use of Don's story has inspired me more as lover of stories to join a gym club and to have a good diet. The story he tells of a member of his gym club whom he encouraged regardless of the age to do leg exercise even more than him. Using facts and myths about nutrition in the book i have learnt the importance of following a planned eating diet. I must confess i felt privileged reading this book

There was absolutely nothing to dislike about this professionally edited book as everything was in order. The writer soughted to explain in details facts and myths that people have used for long and emphasised on eating balance diet when exercising when we need a better result. I never found any grammar, typo or spelling mistakes while reading the book.I encountered one vulgar language. I am rating this book four stars out of four stars

In conclusion I would recommend this book to those people who struggles lifestyle diseases to read it and feel the change. It was a peace of comprehensive information. Readers will rethink their life after reading this book.
