Wellness Toolbox by Don Roberts is a book focused on debunking myths about fitness and nutrition with the result of living a healthy and happy life. The book is very handy and would be useful for everyone who wants to learn how to enjoy life and live well. I strongly recommend this book to everyone struggling with weight loss and weight gain and finding it hard to maintain the desired body size.

The book to me is an eye-opener and I learnt a whole lot from reading it especially when it comes to my struggles and the things I have built my weight loss plans on over the years. I learnt that in as much as the workout is good, diet contributes a larger percentage of the body fitness and I also learnt among other lessons that fitness is not about the size of the body and neither is it about the many dos and don’ts that I have heard and been struggling with over the years.

I can boldly say that this book brings a lot of encouragement back to me and made me realise that being fit, healthy and happy should be the goal and not becoming slim and starving which comes with depression sometimes when the goal is not met. The book has infused images while reading them and this makes it more interesting and attractive. I also like the author’s use of quotes, which nails the point he was making at different times. The use of real-life experiences in the book also made it clear that the facts in this book are proven to be very effective.

In conclusion, the debunking of loads of myths makes the book enjoyable for me because I have had to deal with weight gain and loss over the years and lit up a few months ago. Reading this book, however, brings much encouragement that fitness is not only about what I assume that I was doing right or wrong. I can freely say now that I am ready and willing to start again the right way and thanks to Don Roberts.

There is nothing I dislike about the book and the editors did an exceptional job because I found no punctuation or grammatical errors in it. Therefore, I rate it 4 out of 4 stars. I recommend this book to everyone who wants to embark on the journey of what is expected of us as humans. Everyone who wants to live an active life, maintain healthy eating habits and get adequate rest should not hesitate to read this book.

Your review was amazing. As much as you found the book to be informative, I am afraid I will have to pass from it. I don't enjoy such books.
