The book Unveil your Intimate Self is one of those books which will make you think about your existence in this universe and the real meaning of your existence.This book summarizes about how to connect with real world rather than just living in chaos of this physical world.The author of this book ELENA GEORGIADOU has beautifully explained the real connection of our body to the environment or with the universe, where we can find the answers of many questions and the understanding of living a healthy life to reform yourself. To maintain the harmony between our mind,body and soul, the required path and way of maintaining the system has been explained brilliantly.In a short line we can say this book is a way for peace in chaos.

To get the answers of our subconscious mind this book works as a enlightened path.To know our true freedom and peace that our soul needs, this piece makes everything perfect.The way we wonder for Peace in the outside world, we should recognize that everything we wonder for lies within ourselves and for that we need to connect our soul with the spiritual world in a way that we heal continuously.Where now people are busy in searching of happiness in this materialistic world,first we should get to know ourselves correctly and all those questions we ask in our mind,will get the answers from the universal energy that bonds within our soul.

Though the book has many positive points in it, but all these could be more interesting with other ways of expressing the thoughts.The sequence of the focusing topics could be better than this, so that to explore new topics could be interesting.

I would like to give this book a rating of 3 out of 4 stars.As other things could be interesting with the explanation of these values of lifestyle and the actual meaning of freedom that now-a-days everybody search for.This book is a wonderful piece which could relate the existence of human beings to the harmony of the world.

This book is recommended to those readers who are searching for the real meaning of life, the way of living a healthy life style. To the ones who is in constant search for freedom and peace of soul. The way this book correlates everything of the universe to other things and the energy that connects each human soul to the environment, where the real peace lies.
