The Book titled Fulfillment: A Journey Through a Spiritual Life (Spiritual Collection), written by ICA starts with the introductory sentence: “Enlighten, and the fear will go away leaving room for love.” The book is a compiled report of exploration and analysis, by the author, on the real purpose of life, in the context of spiritual enlightenment.

The whole book is divided into 11 parts, which are further subdivided into 44 chapters. Throughout the book, various aspects, in and around God and spirituality, are brought into the light and discussed by the author. He has cited suitable examples, as and when required.

The inspiring and relevant quote put, at the beginning of every chapter, is able to arise interest and excitement, in the minds of the readers. Also, the whole book is written in a very simple way with smooth flow of the sentences, sequentially. The messages about God, spirituality and enlightenment are conveyed in a powerful way, which are above the peripheries of religion, race and creed.

The book is full of life lessons and many inspirational cases. The author has not only raised the issues, related to the journey through a spiritual life, but also have cited appropriate examples, to make the cases, easier to visualize.

"Fear will go, if there is love." The author has tried his best to establish the power of forgiveness and Love.

“The more we listen to our hearts, the more God will talk, because He is love and our hearts are the love trackers.” such encouraging sentences have added value to the book.

While describing the journey through spiritual life, the author has presented his logical and justified strong views on money and politics.

“Be the light and you will have no shadow” is the nice quote of the author on spiritual awakening. However, he has acknowledged the roles of animals, earth and children as unconventional teachers, in our life journey. Also, as per him, we can get huge benefits from the teachings of Jesus, Buddha, Laozi, Krishna etc, if we accept them as enlightened humans, instead of trusting them as Gods.

The efforts of the author to establish connection and relation of life with the Mother Nature, the Sun, the Universe, the death and with the God, are appreciable.

His discussion on different sources and types of energy including the energy of the soul and their transformation are quite thought-provoking.

The book is a good read and useful for everyone; free from profane and erotic words and sentences. The cover design (by the author) is beautiful. The chapters are professionally edited.

However, the contents of some pages of the book are too spiritual, which could have been minimized. For example, conversation with the Spirit Guide, inclusion of a Hypnosis Session, detailed coverage on the topic Karma etc.

Considering, all the aforesaid points, I rate the book 3 out of 4 . Hope, the readers will find the book interesting, resourceful and inspiring.
