Review by manmustwark888 -- Island Games by Caleb J. Boyer
The confusion that does befall on individuals is when they definitely meet themselves in a manner they do not expect. There is no doubt that such individuals will be circumvented with all kinds of life negativity. Displacement of any sort should be incapacitated in humanity because of its psychological, economical, and materialistic morbidity it does incur - the author's message. This text is all about two young boys who suddenly find themselves on an unknown island. Here on this island, they are subjected to a harsh life that appears despicable to them. As events unfold, these guys begin to strive for their survival in this miserable island to the extent that their friendliness almost collapses. Matthew and Ryan keep hold of their friendship in spite of the hardship and temptation that subsume them on the island.
Caleb J. Boyer's Island Games is a literary piece that inoculates in readers' unity, friendliness, and togetherness in spite of whatever condition they are going through. Also, the book implores in humanity fast-thinking and adaptation of situations being faced either now or then.
The writer engages himself in the structuring of issues that will enable members of any society to progress despite the problems that might surround such society without imbibing itself in any kind of impropriety - as seen in Matthew and Ryan on the island. This book is a good tool for societal correctness.
The author's channeling of events in an easy-to-understand way arrested my love for this text when making my reading. Deployment of this device will forever make this story stick to my memory. The story about these two kids will stupendously be part of my daily life engagements - the most interesting part to me so far.
My rating of this book; I rate this book four out of four stars. My genuine reason for this is because of the exceptional editing before it was published. This effort has called for the grammatical and typographical errors free. I am not rating this piece of work three stars due to the positive restructuring impact it plays in the contemporary societies of the universe. This also justifies my reason for not rating it two stars.
This is a text that every member of the universe should read. Boyer's Island Games has all it takes in correcting the waywardness that is currently consuming humanity. The essence of the writer making up this story is to see to the togetherness of humanity - no matter the circumstances it finds itself. Sacrosanct friendship is an indispensable factor as far as forwardness of humanity is concerned. The author is calling on humanity to embrace peace, unity, love, and respect in every human community.
