Let's Mountain Bike by Paul Molenberg
Let's mountain bike by Paul molenberg is a very well written book on bicycles and feel of riding them. If you are lover of riding them. You will be in love with this book. Personally i never had that much interest in those two wheelers but after starting reading this book. My interest grew kind of exponentially. And after reading this book, it just became one of my passion. The book contains some quotes by famous person, which makes you feel motivated.
The language is simple. Easy to understand. With every precise detail of parts of bicycle. Started with tracks, knowing about your local areas. Then with trails of bicycle. Which type of trails are best for which tracks. And what veterans prefer. And which type of bikes are suitable for uphill or downhill riding. Good explanations with physics involved even sometime geometry. During the early stage of book,it mostly seems like a bike manual. But trust me as you go on reading, this book will become something personal. As it doesn't just give you the information about the bikes and trails. It will also give information about how to train your body to make it fit for your bike.
It is not just for men. The book also describes what is best for women as their physiology and anatomy is little different. This book doesn't just give you information about which bike is good for you. It also gives information about how to adjust your bike dimensions with your body dimensions. As it is important for smooth and safety riding.
This book is not just about the bike and its content. It also speak about the health of rider. Which is important aspect for riding. This book will give you some detail about exercises and the procedure of doing them. How much repetition should be done. What is the important of building muscles. And what precautions should be taken.
As I have read the whole book. I haven't found any typos. So I think this book is well written and well edited.
I would like to give 4 out of 4 stars for this book. Cause I really loved it. The way he explained about mountain riding with bike. And the way he explained all in detail.
I would like to suggest this book for those, who want to know more about bicycles and their riding on different track. It is more of a bicycles manual book. With good and detailed explanations. This book is not for those, who seek a story of adventure in mountain riding.
