E-M-P Honeymoon by Dorothy May Mercer was a great book about a couple on their honeymoon who happen upon some very suspicious things. The question is what do they do with the things they discover and can they stop a potential threat of an EMP? And most importantly what is an EMP?

I rate this book 3 out of 4 stars. The book was an interesting read. I however do not love the title. I don't think it's catchy enough to gather reader interest. I think the title needs to be changed so when someone reads it they want to pick up the book to find out what it is all about. I loved the story in the book! It was entertaining from start to finish. I enjoyed reading this book because it was a quick read and I didn't put it down until I finished it. I loved the characters and loved the guessing of how this was going to end! I hope there is a second and third book coming! The book was well edited with only a few minor grammatical errors.

I like that the author engages the reader with suspense and with humor and a little romance. The author starts out with some facts about things I was not familiar with, which was intriguing and a little frightening to learn about! This book is suitable for readers of teenage age to adults. There was no profanity or any unsuitable sex scenes.

The beginning of the book was a tad confusing. I like to read about facts that are intriguing but some facts or information I skipped reading because I wanted to get to the story faster.

Overall the book was a fun read that kept me entertained for the majority of the book. It was one I wanted to read instead of a book I had to finish because I started it. I actually wanted to finish reading this book to see how it ended. That's always a good sign so you know the reader is interested in the storyline.
