Ever Wondered if a will and a trust are similar? or you've got complex questions on property and other finicial related values? this book got you covered. The author, Taylor Willingham, started off with an introduction which he termed "The Answer" the answers, which answers the book's title and your question Do I need a will or a trust by Taylor Willingham. He highlighted the Consequence of failing to plan for the future using the scenario of Marcus Aurelius Antonines. He was the former roman empire ruler(161 to 180 CE). He shared a brief story of how Marcus was a man who possessed and exhibited every possible good character of a great ruler. But along the line, he died all of a sudden and had to pass over power which he did to his unfit son.

Commodus, marcus's sun, was in no way like his father, and the roman empire never recovered from his reign. Willingham related the incident, to our daily day lives from a different perspective. He sheds light on wills and trust, which he claims the two aren't similar, that "A will is a legal document which takes effect upon death to do two things, to transfer property and nominate an executor, while " Trust is a legal document which divides legal and equitable to property. The book is divided into 3 parts. The first one talks about Terminology, Wills and trust, while the second part talks about "Wills and trust" and the third parts sheds light on the "reasons to create a trust".

The book has something to offer on each page and each chapter. I love how Willingham explained the concept of property he gave a good definition of what a property is, and the types of properties. He also mentions that creating a will online might be the unauthorized practice of law. This book has a lot offer, from page to page the book went from being good to being awesome, it was written from a clear perspective, Willingham's writing style is suitable, readable and understandable and highly commendable.

The author's ability to bring about such a financial and everyday life evolvement into 175 pages is really intriguing. I also love how he demonstrates his fact with images, the authors even added some memes which made the book in my opinion fantastic. But don't be confused the memes had their place on the book at least not to bore as you read, I watched out for memes while I was reading through the book.

I strongly recommend this book to individuals with huge financial properties and also people looking to learn more on this topic. I rate this book 4 out of 4 stars. It was well edited, didn't find any typo nor did i find errors on the book and most importantly the layout was good. The book is highly educational.
