I like the book because Dolphins Don’t Run Marathons it teaches a healthier way to deal with problems, like not being, move on despite the adversity and above all be happier. The writer Sam Brand thought of a more fun way to read a self-help book creating a story for adults that did not involve precisely erotic content or anything like that but tools and tips to achieve what we all seek "happiness".

This book give us examples of common "walls" that we create in our heads to isolate ourselves from the world because we see it as an escape to situations that we must overcome, and how to accept and overcome them with a lot of intelligence and self-love. It's all about a big run, specifically the New York Marathon, which is like a view of their own life.

The book describes situations of life confronted through examples of animals the ant human (runner that was on some way), the chimp human (with whom he dealt) and the dolphin human (with whom he was related and in which he wanted to become). He tells us about three different types of people and how they are overlaid on the adversities of life. It includes personal growth and his experience, from how he went from being an "ant human" to a "dolphin human”. This book is aimed at mature or in-process audiences because some phrases have a deeper meaning than a children's story. It's inspiring and could help us deal with real problems, meaning it serves as a lifestyle guide.

It sets an example of healthy activities and how to include them without becoming obsessed. It is not coaching book because it does not directly place the steps to reach the goal, but it does so metaphorically with examples and interesting anecdotes that engage the reader. Encourage sensing happiness through miles (chapters) full of enriching content that focus raise awareness of people enjoying every aspect of their life without much worry or stress that they see love, strengthen familiar ties or relationships of friends, give us a scream that these are not alone is certainly a medicine book for the soul.

It has interesting phrases that have the ability to be remembered as “Ants are just lost in their colony”, ” Human ants only running to escape from something”

As it is a book with verse writings can be seen as suitable for all audiences however there are some expressions that do not fall into that status. Chapter 16 -17 talks about sex, not explicitly, but as a healthy way to release energy. That as the happiest type of animal integrates it into your life as an "interval workout".

I consider that the book has 4 out of 4 stars because its content is beautiful and easy to read, it has a wide place in the literary world and can be read by anyone despite religion or any other determining factor, it is not rude and always try to maintain limits in as for personal thought.

It may be too short, but again I think the author managed to convey the message in these few pages!
Comparing people to said animals is actually really interesting!

Interesting title! At first I thought it was a children’s book. After reading the Amazon review about human ants, human chimpanzees and human dolphins, it’s kinda weird. But a good review.
