That's a pity! I have not had that problem yet. Would you care to tell me where you are from?
I am from Nigeria. My attempts to use Kindle Unlimited or even to download the Kindle app from google play were met with messages like "download not allowed from your location". So sad, and so heavy a baggage to straddle :(

You have to be a US citizen or (live there) or in Canada or the big countries in Europe and Asia to be able to use KU (Kindle Unlimited). There are 3 or 4 local Amazon markets for it. One for each of the aforementioned places.
I am a Kenyan and I was able to download the Kindle app. The Kindle app is free/for all countries, you just have to be persistent with it. I even downloaded the android version. You can then link it with your computer version and use either...

Okay! So that's how it works? Not for certain locations... Just sad. I sincerely appreciate being availed of this info, will direct my efforts at more attempts to downloading the Kindle app. Thanks, @geoffery!

Mtsweni Nelsy wrote:This is an interesting book, and how the author narrates the storyline, it's so amazing...I hoped to read more of his writings. That's how assimilated I was of his creative use of imagination in delivering this well-informed book!
Yes, Mtsweni Nelsy, William Combs' book showcases his creative writing abilities.
I also look forward to reading more of his
writings. Good to know you found this one informative. I enjoyed your review of this book, by the way.

Totally agree with hsimone. That Alaskan night with breathtaking frost crystals and a spectacular display of northern lights which set the night sky ablaze makes me feel like strolling into the narrator's neighbouring woods right now.

You're welcome! Thanks so much for stopping by. I really enjoyed the book. I probably would have been lost too if I had no prior info on the Bible.

Thank you for reviewing this book. I have noticed the book on this site several times but have been reluctant to give it a try. I was concerned that the book would either be very rigid in interpretation or would try to say that the story of the Garden of Eden in the Bible is only an allegory. Now that I have some idea of the author's take on the story, I think I will try it soon.

I've also read and reviewed this book. Yours was an insightful piece covering a lot about the book, but with a different perspective from my own. Glad to see it appealed to you. Great review.
