Excellent review. I have to say that I think that romance and sex are two different things, and
I much prefer romance, so this isn’t the kind of book that I would read.

Thank you! :D And yep, I completely agree. There *was* romance in this book, but it wasn't really convincing for me and didn't make me feel like rooting for the couple, whoops. The sex was...well, the sex was something else altogether, and I didn't enjoy it either. :P

Not the book for me, but thanks for the review! Without good characters or a good plot, what's the point?

Sky juice and heated petals I'm done  . People need to THINK before creating random similes and seemingly "creative" descriptions of things.

That's a pretty detailed review. I am taking your advice since I was not sure about reading the book. The lack of proper character development and explicit sex scenes put me off. Thanks for your review.

Yeah, don't read the book if you're uncomfortable with explicit sex scenes (and yes, the character development was...not excellent, whoops)! Thank you for your comment :D

I'm glad I didn't pick this one up. It sounds like you really didn't like it but you weren't overly harsh. Wanting the characters to be together is extremely important for readers of romance. Maybe it would help to read the previous books, but I agree that a book should be able to stand on its own.

Thank you for your comment! Yep, I didn't want to be too harsh because it is after all hard work to write a book, and I still applaud the effort that went into creating it :) And I do fully believe that any book in a series should make its readers want to read the other books in the series, but not, y'know, just so they can understand what happens in the one they're holding. XD
