The One and Only by Emily Giffin

I love Emily Giffin's fresh, witty, modern writing style and have read all of her books. Set in Waco, Texas, it's kinda obvious from the beginning that Shea Rigsby, a big football fan, like the author herself, is in love with coach Carl-a childhood infatuatuaion gone serious lol- but it was a fun, fast read, like most of Emily Giffin's books.

I'm not a big foot ball fan, but now I know what wishbone formationand Heisman trophy is! I have two boys, so it was a lot of fun to impress them with my newfound sports knowledge :)

Did I mention, I went to Emily Giffin's book signing in Dallas, and have a signed copy of the The One and Only?! Ahem!
