[Following is a volunteer review of "In It Together" by Eckhart Aurelius Hughes.]
Eckhart Aurelius Hughes' "In It Together: The Beautiful Struggle Uniting Us” is a profound concept that can be regarded as the life experience of every person. In more detail, the book is about the human mind, people’s interactions, and one’s position in society. Hughes teaches his reader to look at the thoughts critically and to doubt the prejudices that are formed in people’s perception of reality and of themselves.
What I like about the book, ‘’In It Together,” is that it is free of any error and it covers very deep things in a simple manner. Most importantly, Hughes does not flood readers with philosophical terminologies. He does not narrate his writing in grandiloquent language and terms, but he makes an attempt to explain rather simple and high ideas. This makes the book lively and interesting to read and makes the readers begin to ponder on their own lives.
Perhaps one of the things that is even better about the book is that it does provoke thinking and discussions. Hughes keeps readers wondering through post-reading questions, which definitely characterize his book. Again, it’s not right or wrong, but as with any personal experience, the author inspires readers to seek out their own truths. This is quite encouraging and innovative considering the traditional twists that the author often input into his approach.
"In It Together" is well-written and enjoyable, though some readers may struggle with its philosophical elements. Despite this, the book is comprehensible thanks to Hughes' writing, and I’ll rate it a five out of five stars anytime of the day. I have only praises for this book; I disliked nothing, and its editing was flawless.
Taken all together, “In It Together” will prove to be a useful addition to most readers’s libraries. It is a kind of book that may be again and again opened to read, each time conveying a different idea. Thus, I would say that if one would like to gain different perspectives on the world and himself or herself, one should try this book. It will surprise readers because it has a positive and hopeful tone, which will surely touch the hearts of many people.
