Hello, My love is a contemporary romance novel by Evy Journey.

Elise Halverson is an independent, willful, intelligent law student. She's focused on her career. A relationship is the last thing on her mind. She is opinionated when it comes men, especially men like Greg Thorpe, who has a different woman on his mind every night.

Greg Thorpe is a tall, dark and handsome businessman. He owns an internet-based business and is the most eligible bachelor, but he bears a reputation of a playboy. Greg doesn't believe in love, therefore he has chosen to marry Lori Williams, a stunning but spiteful woman. His beliefs are challenged when he meets Elise.

Greg and Elise's paths collide when they first meet at Dr. Halverson's office. He is intrigued with Elise. But Elise wants nothing, but to be far away from him. Greg is invited to Halverson's regular dinners. Elise, in the beginning, tries to dismiss him, But later they connect on a personal level and become good friends. Greg is smitten by Elise. He likes everything about her. Her intelligence, her beauty, and passion towards her career. As the day comes near his wedding to Lori, He realizes, he has fallen in love, with Elise. He wants Elise, even if it's just for a night.

This is a story of two individuals who turn into friends to lovers and then lose contact with their ongoing life problems. It is a tale of love, sacrifices and second chances. This is a beautifully written book by the author. She creates an environment which is so vivid. Lovemaking scenes are written to perfection.

I particularly liked the style of writing. It is very well detailed, which enhances the beauty of the narrative as well as the characters. Modern-day issues are expressed with sensitivity and simplicity. Elise Halverson's character has so much depth, she rises above all problems and pursues her law career, she is a true feminist, headstrong and compassionate.

I grant this book 3 stars out of 4. I felt this book had a dull pace. There was no surprise element in this narration. It was a regular and ordinary love story for me. I recommend this book to adults and especially to women who like headstrong and strong-willed characters. Overall, it's a good story.
