Wesley Middleton the author of the book challenges our thoughts and ideas without apology, violent leadership is not the typical how-to book about business but rather a clear road map that takes the reader to the destination of the change.
Besides that,the book helps or benefits us for the professional services company that no longer wants to be held captive by traditional ways of doing business and wants to expand and grow in the twenty first century.
In violent leadership,violence has a positive context in the original Greek word biaz'o, which is translated as the laying hold of something and is positive,energetic,eager to effect a change .
In this book,violent leadership refers to the ancient times,while the business arena,it refers to the momentum ,positive philosophy and change that comes about through aggressive action while not passivity.
