Have you ever seen a movie trailer...

that was so utterly disturbing that you can't erase it from your memory? 
Someone at my husband's work told him about this movie trailer. He said the colleage described it as very disturbing and bizarre, and the movie is called "The Human Centipede". Although I knew it was scary, I thought, well I'm a scientist and I've seen my fair share of blood and organs while disecting lab animals, and I grew up reading Stephen King and going to Halloween parties where The Texas Chainsaw Masacre and Faces of Death was playing the entire night...so although I'm petie and female, I don't exactly shock easily! 
When my husband played the trailer for this movie for me it was really unsettling. I think because it had a quasi-medical aspect to it, along with the fact that as a scientist I was curious about if this premise could really occur, (i.e. donor rejection). And what kind of mind can think this up?
Well, I feel better just getting this off my chest...I don't think I'll ever see the movie, it's too much. (Besides, I already read how it ends on IMDB).
I'm sorry if you google the trailer and become upset, as I said, it's not for the easily scared!

I've seen a couple of trailers.
But not so scary, even if they had spooky tinges.

Thanks, I feel better!
Even my husband, who is in the medical field, (and sews people up and sees blood and that type of thing everyday), was freaked out by the trailer.
I'm always looking to write the perfect horror movie/novel, and it just makes me think that it's all been done before and we really have to resort to shock horror to scare an audience!

I just watched it. It was not as scary as you mentioned. Although you totally describe it right but I am not scared

Yes, I suppose it's more disturbing that truly "scary"...I didn't mean to describe it incorrectly. 
I guess it's just bizarre what's out there, KWIM?
Moral of the story: don't get stuck in Germany at night with a flat tire!

Hey MB I will have a look because I said I would but it does sound very disturbing. I get disturbed more than scared most of the time. The scene at the end of Hannibal where the guy is eating his own brain while talking to Starling and Lector had me disturbed for weeks. I can tell that the trailer is going to disturb me as well.

Yes, yes, yes! Me too! I found that scene so disturbing...like the story Skelton Crew...I can still "read" that in my mind...yikes.
As you said, I think I get disturbed more that scared.

Yeah i saw the trailer for that Centipede movie and i was disgusted, suffice to say they will sink to any depth to make a bot of money in the film industry these days.

Sadly, yes, just look at all the remakes and dire slasher films these days that pass for horror, not to mention the endless sequels of once original movies. When you get to the point when you have to sew people together to pass as a horror movie, then we are in trouble!

Yea the human centipede was bad but the sequel was even worse.
