Oddly enough, I only like potatoes raw or fried (sometimes scalloped potatoes if done right), but never baked, microwaved, or mashed.

Literally any and every way. I really love potato wedges and mashed potatoes. But I’ll eat just about any fry or hashbrown or baked potato dish you put in front of me.

Mashed potatoes and gravy will always be my first choice, but I like them any and all the ways you can fix them.

I love to make garlic mashed potatoes out of the small red potatoes. Boil them with skins on until they are soft. Add heavy cream, cooked garlic (I like to boil the garlic in with the potatoes to soften it), lots of butter, and salt. So good but not good for you! We also love to do baked potatoes with garlic, onions, butter, sour cream, broccoli, and bacon.

Red potatoes are the best as garlic mashed potatoes. You don't have to peel them, just cut out the bad spots. Add minced garlic to the water and boil with them. We are a garlic loving family, so I add garlic powder to the milk and butter.

My newest obcession is mixing grated potatoes with an equal portion of grated beets, lightly season with seasoning salt, or salt and pepper, and fry in a small amount of oil. Serve as tasty and unique hashbrowns with your breakfast. I also like this because beets have a health benefit of reducing blood pressure.

Baked, roasted, mashed, boiled then fried so the outsides are crispy, as home-made chips, in soup... Actually, every way :)

That's sweet. My Uncle's Irish baked potatoes were my favorite. (He cooked them in a pressure cooker, whole) I loved getting to My Aunt & Uncle's home and the smell emanating from the kitchen. I never found out until after he passed away, many years later, that he was the cook.

My favorite are oven roasted. But I do enjoy baked potatoes with butter. I used to like mashed potatoes with corned beef hash, which may sound a bit odd to non-British folks. My brother's fried, flat slices of potatoes with fried eggs are great too. When I visited last, that's what I asked for.
