It is a book that answers the questions about health, fitness and food . A healthy lifestyle is cheaper and it saves cost. Prevention is safer and cheaper than treatment and medications. The things we need to live long, look young and fresh are all around us. Nature has provided us with all and this book brings them to notice.
This book consists of 62 chapters divided into three parts. The first part informs you with Tips on health and wellness that you can learn and then apply to your daily life not only to improve wellbeing but also to save money. In this part you will be exposed to what a good breakfast is and the benefits of one.
In the second part, Dr Tavel exposed the Myths, which reveals facts about some foods. In the third part Dr Tavel revealed various strategies that are designed by some dealers in order to take your money in exchange for useless or dangerous products or information.
