The journey of life is about peeling away the false layers of identity to reveal your true self.
Just as this quote resonates with the overall ideology of the book, In It Together is a guide to self-exploration and will impress the readers with narratives and contemplative exercises.

The book, In It Together: The Beautiful Struggle Uniting Us All by Eckhart Aurelius Hughes, has both a spiritual dimension and also a systematic healing approach. The author has done a good job of making the book feel calming and meditative, with inspiring narratives. How do you let go of your ego self and truly embrace yourself? How do you understand personal discipline and freedom? How to shape yourself into a better human? Read the book In It Together to learn more.

I actually loved the part on empathy. Love people as they are. This quote rings in my mind every time I look at someone the other way. But somewhere I didn't feel connected to the fact of true love, where it says you should be happy to sacrifice. This is because, according to me, if you feel like sacrificing, then the love part fails there. The most controversial part I saw in the forums was that about temptation and hunger being related. I agree with Scott on this part, as I believe if you could control your hunger, you would have a basic level of self-control. I just didn't like the fact that many parts in the book had complex sentences. I had to read them twice to understand. It slowed the pace of the book.

I would like to rate the book 5 out of 5 stars. This is because the book has so many spiritual parts, and I'm a person who believes spiritual philosophical facts are the ones that shape you. This book felt like a self-help book that helps you embrace life's existence in a more connected way. I did not find any noticeable errors in the book. I found it to be professionally edited.

I would recommend the book to people who are looking for guidance in a self-help way. I would also recommend the book to those who are already interested in philosophy.
