Are You Love Smart or Love Stupid by Dr Rachel Sims is a book that contains different myths about love, relationships, marriages, and managing money, along with the author's opinion on each of the myths. It is a book that debunks the beliefs we have been told through real-life experiences. In this book, these beliefs are portrayed as "myths." What are the myths that have been around for years that may be valid or invalid? Should we handle relationships based on myths? Read this book to find out more.
I enjoyed this book as it was written in a simple way that made it easy to understand. This book contains various myths concerning love, relationships, and marriage, and the author did an amazing job of explaining each myth and the best way to handle situations that led to the creation of such myths. One of the myths that was preached about by people I knew while growing up was the "forgive and forget," and everything the author explained concerning this myth was amazing, and I'm glad I came across this book. This book enlightens an individual on the right thing to do concerning either your love life or marriage, regardless of what the myths say to do. Every step of love is covered in the book, including dating, starting a new relationship, getting serious, marriage, post-marriage, and managing money. The takeaways provided in this book serve as an avenue for self-reflection for the readers, and it also gives a straightforward summary of the main ideas. The author also emphasized "loving yourself first." You have to love yourself enough to give out love and accept a healthy love. This book provides knowledge and practical advice for everyone of age.
There was nothing to dislike about this book. Given the previously mentioned reasons, I rate this book 5 out of 5 stars because it is a good book and it was exceptionally well-edited and well-written.
It gives me pleasure to recommend this book to everyone of age; the knowledge shared in this book is amazing.
