It Together by Eckhart Aurelius Hughes explores inner peace and spiritual freedom. The book discusses that our experiences are all connected, and within an inner self is where we exist, not within our material things.

He points out the problems in today's society and relates them to a weak connection that people have with their spirit. According to him, many don’t see their spirit as just a small part of a larger whole that includes everyone. He explains this concept through some strong examples and then proposes eleven ways for reconnecting with one's spirit. The examples are taken from global issues and traits of individuals.

I liked the way he explained in an uncomplicated manner such really tough ideas as, for example, about the difference of our ego, body, and spirit and how they can work all together. The discussions on self-discipline, temptation, and the importance of self-love further made the book interesting to me.

I have not come across any aspect of this book that is unappealing. It was very well edited; I did not find any errors or typos that would disrupt the reading process. The writing quality was great; it captured some pretty complex ideas and articulated them in a very clear and interesting way. Further, there was quite a broad inclusion of different thinkers, including religious ones, that added much substance to the context. This different perspective about everything made the book more inclusive, and even easier to relate to, for a larger number of readers. Finally, I was so deeply impressed that I could give it full marks: 5 out of 5.

I highly recommend this book for anyone in search of inner peace and a new perspective on life. Ranging from teenagers seeking guidance to any person, even adults, interested in philosophy, this is a great book for anyone looking to question their beliefs, find empathetic traits, and learn to love themselves truly.
