In It Together: The Beautiful Struggle Uniting Us All by Eckhart Aurelius Hughes is an inspiring book that takes readers on a journey of finding inner peace and happiness. This book came to me at the time when life took a hard toll on me. I must say, the author's exploration of the idea that we are all connected together in a beautiful, shared struggle gave me a sense of hope and relief.

The author draws quotes from some well-known figures like Einstein and Carl Jung. He draws wisdom from different sources to explain complex ideas about consciousness and our true selves. One of the facets of this book that makes it look authentic is the life experience the author shares in his book. I felt like I was learning not just from his words but also from his life experience.

Most of the self-help books I've read look more like books lecturing the readers, but this book has a more friendly, warm, and conversational tone, which makes it stand out. I appreciate how the author explained some difficult ideas, like the difference between our ego, our body, and our spirit, and how they can work together peacefully, in a way that anyone could understand. Discussions about self-discipline, temptation, and the importance of self-love also added another layer of intrigue to this book, making it a fascinating read for me.

This book was impeccable edited. I had no dislikes for this book. I loved the endnotes of this book; it was really touching and contains lots of encouragement that will make you think about life. I think this book would be helpful for anyone looking for inner peace or struggling with self-esteem issues. Overall, I would give it 5 out of 5 stars for its thoughtful insights and accessible writing style. This will be a great read for you.
