Why is there so much hate in the world? Why are people struggling to live up to their true potential? What does it really mean to be happy? These were a few questions I pondered while reading “In It Together” by Eckhart Aurelius Hughes. This book gave me so much to ruminate on. I might need time to fully grasp and implement some things I read in this book.

At the core of this book, the author shows you how you can connect to the real “you,” attain spiritual freedom, and manifest love as you ought to. Regardless of the chaos and hate that we have experienced (and are still experiencing), the author believes that we are capable of so much love and that we can attain true happiness.

Two aspects of this book resonated with me the most. First is how the author shows us who we really are. Many things we have used to define ourselves are not really who we are. For instance, you are not your name, money, degrees or certificates, job, social security number, eye color, eye size, eye shape, hair color, hair style, hair volume, gender, skin tone, credit score, ego, and all other superficial or material things we have used to define us. In this book, the author shows you who you truly are. Secondly, to help you gain freedom from the things that have wrongly defined you, the author gives eleven suggestions (or instructions, if you choose to call them that). These suggestions will help you free your spirit to manifest love.

You can’t read this book and not feel the author’s genuine care and love for his potential readers. The author does not come at the reader with condemnatory or judgemental remarks. The empathy and love in the author’s words are palpable; you will feel like you are having a heartfelt conversation with the author. Even though some parts of the book sound philosophical, you cannot miss the message the author conveys in this book.

There is nothing I dislike about “In It Together.” The editing is exceptional. Therefore, I rate it five out of five stars. I recommend this book to anyone who desires to live the way they should live from their original design.

Wow, this here stuck a core in me, "You are not your name, degree, money, certificate, etc".

I loved that the author is emphatetic.
I would surely read this book. Thank you for this wonderful review.
