"Infinity: A Crown of Golden Leaves" by Catalina DuBois is a beautifully crafted historical fiction novel that seamlessly blends elements of fantasy to create an immersive and captivating world. The story is about the love of Prince Matthaios and slave girl Sara. The novel is based on ancient Rome where love is forbidden and Matthaios the prince is bound by the empire's politics and his father Emperor Titus. Will they succeed in their struggle towards love?

The author has done an excellent job of portraying the various scenes, the illustrations weaved throughout the novel are magnificent and fantastic and assist the reader in visualization. The characters in the book are also well-developed and have their separate stories and pasts. The story also contains various mythological characters which makes it unpredictable and keeps the story engaging. There are various inner struggle of Sara and Matthaios which keeps the book engaging.

The author's writing style is elegant, with rich descriptions of the settings and environments that transport the reader to ancient Rome. The pacing of the story is well-balanced, with enough action and drama to keep the reader engaged, while also allowing for character development.

One of the most remarkable aspects of the book is the author's ability to create a seamless blend of historical fiction and fantasy. The book also contains a different perspective on the character Medusa who is known for her snake hair and eyes.

Overall, "Infinity: A Crown of Golden Leaves" is a beautiful work of fiction that will appeal to fans of both historical fiction and fantasy.
I will give this book a 5 out of 5 rating. The book is beautifully written, with an engaging plot and well-developed characters that will leave readers invested. I highly recommend this book to anyone looking for historical fiction with elements of fantasy and romance. It's a must-read for anyone interested in love, fantasy, power, and society in a historical setting.
