Any great book recommendations? What's your all time favourite read? Thanks!

Well, that depends on your preferences. I like a little bit of everything. The books I've recommended the most would be Vampire Academy by Richelle Mead. I also enjoyed any number of the Dragonlance books by Margaret Weis and Tracy Hickman, Talon by Julie Kagawa, and Nightlife by Rob Thurman. Hope that helps a little?

Personally, for this Christmas season, I just read "Let it Snow" by John Green and absolutely loved it, I highly recommend anyone looking into reading that. I'm also about to start reading Christmas Stories by Charles Dickens and am trying to get ahold of "What Light" by Jay Asher. So, if you're interested in YA/ classic holiday novels, there ya go!

Over the Christmas or holiday break I like to read stories that have happy endings. I would recommend "The Lions, The Witch, and the Wardrob" by C.S. Lewis. It has snow, hot chocolate, and battles, along with other exciting topics. It is short enough to read quickly, has enough action to hold even young readers attentions, and, at least for myself, leaves you with a good feeling.

I look at this and laugh. My question is what BOOKS can I read over Christmas. One is never enough. I don't know if I have an all time favorite but I do love Arthurian Legend and Mary Stewart's Crystal Cave is amazing. I read this as a teenager and I found a copy of it recently. I am considering a reread. It is told from the perspective of Merlin and explores how he gets his powers and how Arthur is conceived and Merlin protects him. The book is first in a tetrology. The other titles are The Hollow Hills, The Last Enchantment, and The Wicked Day. They follow Arthur's rise and fall from power. Great stuff. Another Arthurian title if Firelord by Parke Godwin.

I am a book reviewer/blogger. I would have to say that my favorite book for 2015 is Behind Closed Doors by B.A.Paris, great psychological thriller! Happy Holidays!
