Today is 4th of July BBQ Day (done early). I will be cooking for 20 people - BBQ ribs marinaded in a spicey BBQ sauce, hamburgers and hotdogs (Adele type), fruit salad, luscious and buttery corn on the cob, and various veges - squash, tomaoes, mushrooms etc. Top that off with a wonderful red, white, and blue vanilla sheet cake and you have a feast meant for a King! Yum.....

I made fried rice, macaroni salad and BBQ chicken. The kiddies are home on holidays now so there may be some baking mischief in the works later.

I made an Egg Cabbage recipe which I found in Google, but I made it a twist. Instead of Egg and Cabbage only, I put Carrots and Green Peas. You should try its affordable and healthy too.

Ingredients:
EGG
CABBAGE
CARROTS
GREEN PEAS
ONION
GARLIC
SALT AND PEPPER
to taste. :)
HAPPY COOKING..
