Homemade fried chicken strips with white rice, mixed vegetables and red lobster biscuits. Replace fried chicken with baked chicken nuggets for smaller children.

I cooked my own variation of Chilli con crane. My version has chopped carrots, mushrooms and some peas, red beans and corn mixed into tomato sauce, minced beef, onions and chilli!

I made cookies called 'Fur Trader Cookies' from a cookbook I have - it's apparently an older recipe. They were pretty good!

Kimchi fried rice with a side of sweet and spicy chicken wings. It was pretty flavorful.
