Love yourself & Lose Weight: The Success Story of Self Love written by Katie Lips is a book that guides one to understanding the worthiness of self love where the author educated people on how to go about self love using her own experience. She focuses on two things precisely; self-love and lose weight with the aim of reorientating people that with the help of self-love, losing weight is achievable.
I like the fact that the book focuses on eradicating the problems of concerned obese people which serves as a contributing factor to making a better world. So many people who try to lose weight might have been segregating themselves which may lead to depression (using the writer as a case study) but with studying this would help put people in the right frame of mind as long as there is self love.
In Love yourself & Lose Weight: The Success Story of Self Love written by Katie Lips, I also like the fact that the author uses herself to illustrate the rigorous things many people do just to be like others only because there's a problem of not loving one's self. The book was so good that I didn't find any negative points. The book was edited very well that there was no error in it because I was able to read it through and observe every word as well.
I rate this book four out of four stars since it is enjoyable and wonderfully edited coupled with not having any negative aspect.
I recommend this book to younger ones and adults who are finding it difficult to lose weight as this is the best answer they would ever get.
