[Following is a volunteer review of "How To Be Successful" by M. Curtis McCoy.]
Being successful is something that we all dream about but we don’t know how to do it. This book has all the answers you’re looking for. How to Be Successful by M.Curtis McCoy is a book that answers most questions about what it takes to be successful and what you should do and what type of person you should be if or when you are successful. The author has defined success in a simple yet intriguing way.
This book gives you tips to meet success and what it takes to be successful. It also includes interviews the author had with other successful people who give you first-hand experiences on the successful life, and it helps you understand what it took for these people to be where they are today and what values they have. What I really liked about the book was the ability it had to make you think: “Am I fit for the successful life?”, “Do I have what it takes to meet my goals?”, “Am I a committed, determined person?”. These are the questions we need to ask ourselves daily and this book makes you do just that.
This book is suitable for anyone and everyone from all corners of life with different goals and passions. It is a book perfect for people who are on the road to success, for those who are already successful and for those who are just curious on the topic of success. It is not a book especially made for Christians but the author and some of the interviewees mention aspects of Christianity and their faith. Don’t be discouraged to read it if you are not a Christian as I said, this book is for anyone and everyone from all walks of life.
There was absolutely nothing I disliked about this book. I did not believe perfection existed until I read this book; it is the only way I can describe this book. This book serves as inspiration to change your life for the better. This book is definitely a must-read and deserves to be read by the world because every person has something to learn from it. It is a marvelous book and was well-edited, containing no errors.
For the above-mentioned reasons, I will rate this book 4 out of 4 stars and I definitely recommend this book (especially to those who are in need of motivation).
