Sound of any kind when I'm trying to
read or write really distracts me.
Sometimes, I like instrumental
music. Generally, I like silence when
I'm trying to read. But i really like music.

I think the best music for me when reading is r&b, it goes along with whatever I am reading.

As for me, I usually listen to music that are soothing to my ears more like melow music but sometimes it depends on what kind of book am I reading. For example, If I am reading a book about love I listen to love songs or couple songs and if I am reading fiction I prefer listening to music that are more like mysterious and fun kind of way. But, in the end it doesn’t matter if what kind or type of music you are listening to it all depends on what you feel and your mood as long as you’re comfortable that’s what matters.

I usually listen to gospel music if I'm reading a book or a magazine.
I play Hillsong, Planetshakers and Joyous Celebration just to name a few.
I love music. It's beautiful, it's refreshing, it's mind blowing.
I'm nothing without music. Music is my heart and soul.

I prefer listening to my self while reading rather than any background sound from any device. But I love having my headphone on and playing before going to bed

I love reading and listening to music at the same time. The type of music I love listening to when reading is a worship gospel song, it always fill me with inspiration to read further.

Usually classical music or something without words, otherwise I will start concentrating on the songs words rather than what I am reading.

It really depends on the type of book. Classic music is always nice to start off with due to helping me relax and get lost in the book.

I need silence to be able to read, or at least near silence. I like to focus and give books their most fair shake, and I can't do that if I'm grooving to someone like Yung Bae or Saint Pepsi.
