Hands down, paperbacks. They travel easily, I can curl up with one anywhere, and they weigh less. But hardcover books are obviously awesome too!

when they get beaten up they look well read and worn, whereas a beaten up hardback just looks messy. worst is if you have a book thats over 500 pages they tend to fall apart.
