A play made for kids is a wonderful concept we do not see very often in the market. As a teacher, I find it very valuable. Besides, I love the idea that the characters' names match their personalities. This makes easier for children to remember the characters. Too bad about the poor editing in the book. I hope the author changes this problem to make the book more appealing. Great review, bookowlie!

Thank you for another great review! I love that this was written in a play form since children need to be exposed to different genres. It's great to hear that the illustrations worked well here, but it's too bad that there are so many errors. It is problematic for a children's book. Glad that you were able to enjoy it though!

Thanks everyone! Kalin Adi, I loved that many of the characters' names related to their personality traits. Hsimone, I agree that it's good for kids to be exposed to different genres and book formats. This way they are encouraged to keep an open mind about different types of books from an early age.

It sounds like a fun book to read. Too bad about the editing errors though. I hope the author corrects them soon.

If there is one thing I hate is the occurrence of grammatical and spelling errors in a book for children. Kids are so young, they are at a stage of learning. Authors should really pay more attention when it comes to the education of the young (yeah, I know, it's a pet peeve of mine, I guess it shows...)

Interesting review of a children's book. The book might be too plain for grown-ups, but I am still a child at heart. For a comic book aficionado like me, (not quite, only slight) the book is not too distant for my taste. I used to follow Snoopy, Peanuts, and the like, whenever I get hold of the papers. Thanks for the review. :tiphat:

In reality there's a lot of people out there like Terrie who wants to be a a great writer not just in Hollywood, but is afraid of pursuing their dream. But then they realize that when they stop pursuing it maybe somebody will. Better try instead.
