@Anna Frank, Hi! In order to write official reviews, you first have to join the Review Team, which can be done at review-team. Since the team works by levels, your first few reviews will be considered "volunteer" reviews and they will not be for pay. Once you've worked your way up by posting well-written reviews, you can start reading for pay and THOSE reviews (the paid ones) are the ones deemed "Official" on the site.
