Definitely career should come first, if love can then be carried along later then it's OK.

Love is one of the things that everybody needs be it who or what you are. The title of the book is a question and needs to be answered. It's sometimes tricky to diverge the two things I mean "love or marriage and career". As said above that love is one of the things that everybody needs and career is a need for people. Both are relevant although the writer seems to tell us the story with flat characters whereas they are round ones.

Career without love is not a career so the basic thing is love without which career can not propel. My choice is Love

Love is awesome and all, but I value my independence, in particular, financial independence. So I'd choose career. But if I have a career that pays the bills, I would probably make compromises for love instead of running after success.

Make a choice: your career or love? Well....I would choose career over love because when you have success then love will/can chase you.
As they say "don't chase love but chase success and love will chase you" & "chase a check never chase a bitch". So make sure to choose career over love...

For me, I will choose love by choosing career.

I would definitely choose love first. Even though I'm paving a path for my career right now, I would set it aside if I found the right person. The best option would be to choose both, thought, am I right? ;)

I would take my career....because girls only chase guys that are successful and rich so I should be successful before getting in a relationship.

As much as both are important, love must come before career otherwise career can be badly smitten where love lacks.

I will prefer to stay with my love and build my family. My family members are going to stand by me at hold age, not my career. Though a relevant lover cannot exhaust my economic time, because love is motivated by finance. But I cannot be a full time career man.

If the connection in the relationship is very deep, I would definitely chose love. A true connection is very hard to find, whereas a career can always be build up again, and even better so with the support of your love.

I would choose career. Later in life everything else would just fall right into place.

I would chose love because I would rather be happy than wealthy. Money makes me happy but there are certain things that money cannot buy. Also, loneliness is a real thing.
