I don't think I've ever read a book about the Panama Canal; however, mysteries and thrillers are my favorite genres, so your review made me add it to my TBR shelf.

Nice review Kalin. Seems like the author didn't polish up on the closure. But I like the premise.

Well done, Kalin, you made me wanna read this book, even though political thriller is not my usual type. And I'm very curious about Panama canal.

Too bad about the closure, but I assure you, if you read it, you'll like it. :D

I'm glad to know I achieved my objective... To make the readers want to read the book. Thanks for telling me that. :D

The book sounds captivating. I have avoided reading the book every time I come across it. The few reviews I have read didn't stir my desire to check on it. Nice Review.

If you like stories about politics and the corruption that goes with it and a touch of romance, you can give this story a try.

I'm usually not into political books but I must admit that I found this a great read. The plot was very interesting.

Great Review! ?

I don't like the word "politics"; however, when you mentioned something about the Panama Canal, it calls my attention. A very nice review!

Yes, the author uses the Panama Canal as a background in the story. He also explains how difficult it was to build the canal. It was fascinating reading about it.
