I enjoy it when an author fully explores language and vocabulary. It can bring so much color to the writing and help it stand out. One more point in favor of this book. Thanks!

I am not big on war stories, but this sounds like a good story.

I think the title of the book has everything that a good reader can predict about this novel even without entirely digging deep into it. This is to mean that the title is awesomely chosen by the author. I will have to go over and over again.

Nice review. I like how you outline the plot without giving away too much thus making me yearn to read this book. I'm shelving it right away.

The Last Soldier by Marsha Landreth is a WWII military-spy book about an English army spy living in a German gestapo. This historical-fiction has perfect 4 out of 4 stars.

I love historical fiction But I don't like books that talk about the military and all of that. But the idea of a female spy is interesting and I like your review.

Thank you for your review. This does not sound like a book I would find interesting, but I am sure it would be for someone who enjoys the genre. It is an interest premise, and one I have not encountered in books referencing war times.

I love a good spy book and this sounds very interesting, especially since the protagonist is female. The title is also very fitting and intriguing, I'd definitely give this a try.
