I love learning about how different people think and view things, reading gives me the opportunity to delve into the minds and hearts of different types of people, its expands my own thinking in turn and helps me be more compassionate as a person.

I like reading because it develops my vocabulary, exposes me to how other people feel, think and act in different situations. It increases my imagination, am always present at the scene of the book as I read,is amazingly weird, right?but wonderful?

To get more knowledge and also know impotent things which we don't know by reading books we can get more information.

I love reading because it helps me exercise my mind. Moreover, it helps me building up my grammar, and just like a movie, sometimes I could switch my emotions through the flow of the story. Reading can be, and actually is a stepping stone to success, and diminishes illiteracy in the society. Otherwise, from reading we can learn much, like good conduct, respect and so on.

Like many of the other posters here, I love to read because it is an escape for me. I love to be transported to another world and to see that world through the characters eyes. Also, I have a thirst for knowledge. I must admit that I have more books on drawing and painting and writing that I can count.

I started reading as a form of escape.
I used words to get out of my current disatisfying situation to a far away place in my imagination where I could do or be anything.
These days, I still use books for getaways  but more importantly, it reveals the mind of other people to me. It teaches me and above all, helps me to see life in a different perspective.
I love reading

Reading opens a world away from mine. I meet new people and after a few pages know a lot about them unlike in the real world! I also enjoy different sentence structures and the way placing certain words by one another evokes mental images.

I love reading because it kept me busy all time, made me to understand the past history or events and the future. Reading always and understanding made one achieve better goals in life.
