Most times, I fall flat on my face. But never do I remain on the floor; I rise again.

Heavy by Linkin Park. I over think and create problems that don't exist by doing this, this song captures this perfectly.

I recently had to privilege of seeing a young deaf woman sing. Her name is Mandy Harvey. She and sang her own composition, entitled "Try." Mandy lost her hearing when she was 18 years old. She is now 29. I am deaf myself, so I appreciate the struggle to learn a new language and not be overcome with self-pity. "Try" is a testament to her courage and determination to find joy in our life, no matter what difficulties we face. These are some of the reasons why "Try" is my favorite song at this moment.

Jesus of Suburbia by Green Day is my all-time favourite. It represents me. It's sort of angry and aggressive, but it's not hollow or empty. Most people nowadays don't appreciate rock as much as pop, but I feel like there's some sort of a beauty, a grace in rock that no other music genre can possibly have.

I was privileged enough to watch the same video and I cried my eyes out. I cried so hard. Especially since she got a Golden Buzzer from the toughest Judge I know! And she just had to ask her dad "What just happened?"

I am a Catholic and a Christian and I believe that Christ was a man of peace. And so was Mohammad. But why is it that Christians and Muslims are at each other's throats? What is in Religion that makes them as they are? My best song at the moment is "Imagine" by John Lennon.
