Having used meditation for stress relief I can attest to its benefits. The author is doing a good service for others by sharing his own experience. Thanks for the review.

This sounds like an informative, helpful guide for people dealing with stress. I'm sorry to hear about the chapter that doesn't seem to quite fit. That can be annoying for the flow of a story. Good job on the review!

Great job on the review! This book sounds like it could be very helpful, I like that it's practical. I think the statement comparing us to computers makes tons of sense. :)

"witnessing his father suicide which culminated in trauma related and stress-induced health problems affecting both his body and mind for an extended period of his life"...i think the writer is basically through this book trying to lay emphasis on the fact that it is about how we can make positive changes in our behavior and thought processes by examining our beliefs, intentions, choices and actions that we can however overcome the adversities that life may bring our in way.

This book is a great find for me. I will definitely start using the techniques in this book for stress relief as i identify with all the writer said. I have always believed that being self aware is a major step in stress relief and healing.

I think stress causes so many things in our lives , this book shares one man's experience as well ways to cope with stress. This book also lets the reader they are not alone.

I think the author does a good job of personalizing his experience but agree the transition in Chapter 6, isn't smooth. I think the author could change that part.

Nelson's statement about rebooting can be applied to a lot of things, but in this case, it's application to human beings is great! This review really got in-depth. Thanks.
