Buffy was the best!breyfoglese wrote:I love Buffy the Vampire Slayer (obviously) and I also enjoy Terry Pratchett's stuff, although I don't know if that counts as horror. Supernatural satire? It kind of defies genre.

Never heard of that one by Deborah Harkness, I'll have to check it out!micoleon13 wrote:I also enjoyed "A discovery of witches" by Deborah Harkness, although I've yet to read the last one. The whole Sookie Stackhouse series, more so than the TV version. "The Succubus blues" series and the Anita Blake series as well. All time favourite TV series is Supernatural, absolutely love it, has such a good mix of gore, horror, mystery and comedy.

I forgot about Buffy! That show was my introduction to the fictional supernatural world! They should do a remake of it. It's truly a classic.breyfoglese wrote:I love Buffy the Vampire Slayer (obviously) and I also enjoy Terry Pratchett's stuff, although I don't know if that counts as horror. Supernatural satire?
