Hot coffee with a splash of baileys.... Just seems to make the characters come alive.

During colder weather I like hot tea. Nothing beats curling up with a good book in front of a fire. In the summer I like a nice big glass of ice tea.

A hot cup of coffee is always my go to when I'm cozying up to read a book. In my opinion there's nothing more relaxing than a hot drink, good book and a blanket to spend my down time. :)

Definitely a hot beverage! The beverage of choice today was Chai Latte. I think I may have been influenced by all the spice I was reading about today.

Tea and cekerdek. Cekerdek is sunflower seeds lightly roasted in their shells with salt. A bowl full of that and a book is pure bliss. One hand holds the book the other transfers seeds to your mouth and peels away.

Really yum!

I like to drink something warm like hot tea or coffee and just relax and enjoy my book. I can read for hours especially on a rainy day while curled up on the couch. I like it quiet while I'm reading so that I can give the book my full attention.

When I read I usually just drink water. I think it's because I don't like a drink that's not at the right temperature. If it's supposed to be hot then I want it hot and if it's supposed to be cold then I want it really cold. When I'm reading, my drink often goes forgotten for long stretches of time while I'm engrossed in the book until I suddenly notice I'm thirsty. The nice thing about water it can stay cold with ice without diluting the drink so I don't have to worry about drinking it quickly before it gets too warm for me.

Oh! A blanket. I always have a blanket on my lap when I read.

I haven't noticed a correlation! I'm usually too consumed with reading. Maybe I'd get more water in if I focused on multitasking
