New review team page

So that we can provide faster and better support, this forum (the "Public Suggestion Box") has been retired. Instead, please send any suggestions you have to us using the official website contact form.

This allows us to streamline our support system so that we can get to your message much faster. Instead of our support staff having to check three different places (support forum, suggestion box, and contact form messages), they know can respond to all message through one method, with that one method being the official website contact form.

I also didn't see anywhere that it affected my score. Maybe it affects your score if you repeatedly get reminders.

I didn't get any reminder e-mails, but I got a penalty point: "-1 points ... Delays Penalty: 2 reminders made"

The error that was causing reminders to be sent to everyone has also been fixed. I have removed the reset the score penalties for those as well. I am sorry about that mistake.

It was all part of the same glitch.

The same script that sends out the reminder emails for delays bans people who have not responded to numerous reminders. I made a mistake so that the script decided that everyone doing a review either needs to banned, sent reminders or both--even if the person just selected the book to review seconds prior.

It's all fixed now.

This sounds like an elaborate spin in the ban game in the other forum! One backed up with technological science!

I have noticed that there are going to be changes made to the scoring formula. Is this change going to affect old and new members of the review team? Will levels and scores drop due to this change? Please explain about the editorial analysis points, I am really confused about it. Does it mean you either have the full 25 points or it's 0 or -25?

It looks like it could be a range of 50 points, anywhere between -25 and 25.

I mean, I could be wrong, but that's what it looks like to me.
But if you are a level 6 and do editing for the site, then you automatically get the max points. I think that's what that meant.

Okay. So everyone else whose not at level 6 will keep the points they have or will that be changed?
