When I was a kid I used to like making them, and giving them out as gifts. I especially liked making those magnetic flip ones.

I don't. I literally never use bookmarks. And yet I have so many of them. They're everywhere. Paper, cardstock, metal, ribbon... I can't escape.

Ever now and then I come across a book mark I must have, but usually I just use the ones I have gotten over the years.

Yes I have a whole bunch of bookmarks gifted by my husband and all of them are unique and specially handpicked. I just love to collect bookmarks. Bookmarks with nice messages, with minute designs, micro-art and many more...

I collected them when I was a kid, but now I just use a sticky note or a receipt. It is easier and if it gets lost I am not super upset about it.

Most of friends and family know I love to read. So bookmarks are usually a great tag along gift for my books. It shows that they have taken the time to select something that they know I will appreciate. Plus, it is fun to see the different personalities of the givers by their bookmark selection.

I used to collect them. But I just tend to lose them. Now I just use any random piece of paper or bill I can get my hands on.

I never used to use a bookmark - I just remembered what page I was on. Now that I’m getting older, I love using my own cross-stitched bookmarks or bookmarks I’ve picked up from my travels. I find the homemade ones make awesome gifts too.

I don't collect them, but I adore them nonetheless. There really are million different ones to find, movie designs, cute animals, kaleidoscopic colors bonanza, different materials. If you can think of it, they probably somewhere have it in stock. :)

I used to love bookmarks and grew attached to several over the years that carried a lot of sentimental value. Losing them all one by one really tore me up though so I don't get attached anymore 😂

No, I don't like collecting things in general anymore. I don't like to get attached to objects.

Absolutely. I have so many that have come with book orders, in book sub boxes, from the publisher as swag, etc. and I love them. Even if I do only use the same 3-4, it's nice to have the collection. Still haven't gotten on board with the magnetic ones yet even though I have a bunch, I find that if they have a larger magnet on them they actually do some damage to the page.
