Twitter reward and paypal issue [resolved]

I noticed that my Twitter reward of $5 is being sent to my old PayPal account: nicholasbush56@gmail.com. For some reasons, PayPal placed a permanent limitation on that account, which the review team page platform also noticed when they were unable to send payment to the said PayPal. As a result of that, they requested I change my PayPal, which I did and changed it to chinedulawrenceajah@gmail.com, and I have been receiving payment from the review team page successfully. For some reason, which I don't know, I keep receiving this "$5.00 error payment" message in my old PayPal email, asking me to update my email to a working one. So I'm suspecting that this payment is actually for my Twitter reward because it has been due for a long time now. Please, is there any way you can help?

I guess you don't understand my complaint. A giant I have been trying to send mail to the administration but can't seem to do that through three contact botton. Any other means of reaching them?

Please select the last option at this link and fill in the form that appears: contact.php

That sends an email to the administration.
