Lovely writing-lovely images-lovely book. Not to mention, a terrifically written review. If there were little kiddies in my life right now, I'd most definitely pick up a hard copy of this book. Unfortunately, that's not the case right now but I encourage anyone with little ones in their world to consider this book seriously. Teaching children simple methods of grounding, centering and meditation can definitely yield positive results. My children greatly benefitted from just learning how to use a calming focused breathing exercise. I'm happy to see a children's book teaching these concepts! Excellent review.
