Help opening ebook files (epub, mobi, PDF, etc.)

You need the Nook App for that format, NOT kindle. You can try to convert it to PDF.

You need the Kindle App to open it on your PC. You can't download the books directly to your Kindle library, but you can move the file to your Kindle after downloading and saving it on your PC.

If using a chromebook- to convert files since calibre doesn't work, you can convert files with www.onlineconverter.com

You need the Nook App to open it. If you can't use the Apps, you need to report it or quit the book via your Update tab.
