Already the first few pages give the idea that you can achieve things, I like the positive message. Experience-based examples are always the best.

This book is about building the life you want instead of searching for it externally. It has a positive and motivational tone and message.

This sounds like a very useful guidebook to finding satisfaction in life. I imagine it is full of wisdom as the author is a physiatrist and councillor. Thanks fora great review.

This is an inspirational non-fiction self-help book highlighting motivation for creating and attracting the life you want by making changes from the inside out. The book is free on Kindle Unlimited and has a well-written OnlineBookClub review. Congrats on the BOTD selection.

Despite my love for fictional stories, I have a deep desire to come across such books. They really provide wonderful lessons to improve my life. Thanks for your review ☺️

Thanks for the review. This is not just some ideas for guidance and direction but the result of the author's experiences with counselling. Truly, anyone interested can learn from this book.

I don't think I need to get in my 40s to read this book. I liked that the chapter about the spiritual growth isn't exclusive to topics regarding religion. I personally believe spirituality isn't exclusive to believers or members of a particular religion. I loved your review by the way.

It felt books are often written by people who themselves do not know what to do with their lives. Even if you may think you have it all together you can learn something from this book. This book makes a difference in someone's life through the variety of facts. Congrats for BOTD.

A book which looks into important life matters, but in a superficial manner. I am not interested much in self-help genre. So I will pass on this one. Congratulations on being BOTD

A self-help book which will help you to see and live your life happily. Though I am not interested in the genre, this book seems a good one. Congratulations on being BOTD

It sounds like no matter what your life goals and experiences are, there is something in this for everyone. From motivational pieces to even descriptions on yoga, everyone will learn a bit of something.

This book would also help younger managers understand the contributions that older employees make. I really like the concept that "age is just a number." Thank you for your review.

The reviewer has done a wonderful job with this review. I know what to expect from the book. I must confess that this would be my first encounter with this recommended audience. And I am in awe of the fact that this book would bring hope to the not-so-young generation. Thank you!
