I am not religious from a Christian point of view, therefore this book sounds interesting in its approach to the questions of good and evil. There is an argument as to whether there is such a thing as ultimate good and evil, or whether these are just abstract concepts created by humans. I will be interested to read the author's opinion about this. I like the fact that theses issues are not handled in a purely Christian perspective as I feel this would prejudice any arguments put forward. I look forward to reading this book and following the author's arguments. Your review was concise and interesting.

Your review aptly identifies the book's strong points. I agree with you that it is more appealing to me than the many other books focused on religion that I read or sampled.
Perhaps it is because the author only refers to his own experiences and does not presume to preach what he believes in.
I have a small "complaint" though about the review: you say "Good and Evil had a central message which the author drove home effectively.", but you never say what the message is. Or would that be disclosing too much?

Good and Evil ~ tell a story in the life of Dale Lisi's life story and lessons learned, of God and Life. A bit scary, and brings out a thrilling feeling. He educates humans on the miseries of life and contains a great writing line.

A respectable book, when referring to people of a different faith. He spoke of advantages and disadvantages of hard drugs. A book written for anyone with a religious centered biographical Christianity.
