Sorry for the hard riddle guys. I really thought it would be easier than that to solve.

I'm usually in a set of plenty.
I'm immensely pretty but agonizing.
I can be found in a sunny ☀️ city in the US.

What am I @DATo, @Ant, @InStoree ?

First thought is cactus but I'm sure that's not it.

@Lunastella
If it's not the cactus, perhaps it's the desert? It confuses me the "sunny city in the US." Is this the only location where it could be found?

Would the city be Pasadena, California?

You're right, @InStoree. That was a bit of a tricky clue. You can find them anywhere in the world, but you can't see them anywhere.
And yes 👍 @DATo, the city is in California, although it's not Pasadena.

@Lunastella @InStoree @Ant

I'm a little confused by "a set of plenty". I am going to take a chance that "plenty" means "money" or "set of plenty" = "group of people with money".

A California city but not Pasadena - I am going to take a guess = Hollywood.

Pretty but "agonizing" like a spoiled and "It's all about ME!!!" starlet so .....

A Hollywood diva or actress?

You're so close with starlet @DATo!

It is, indeed, Hollywood, and it is a word both used for people and for a natural item that's also agonizing as in "process of dying".
