It's exciting, though it's not really my genre, but offers wonderful mind focus and stimulation for scientific audience. From a sampling, this seems like an interesting crime/thriller novel following a doctor that takes it upon herself to discover the truth behind a mangled corpse found on a farm by one of her patients, who it later arrested. It might be worth a second look. Well done.

Although this book sounds like an excellent thriller, books that focus on psychological disorders and how poorly those with them are often treated get under my skin. I don't think this story will be for me. Great review!
